Nikki is the founder of KindCo and a facilitator with 15 years of experience in people engagement, interpersonal communication, and workplace connection.
She trained under Charles Feltman, author of The Thin Book of Trust, and brings that framework into every workshop she leads. Her facilitation style is warm, direct, and grounded in real-world tools your team can use immediately.
