Hi, I'm Nikki.

I'm the founder of KindCo, and I come to this work with a deep belief that how we treat each other at work matters — not just for culture, but for results.

I hold a Trust at Work® certification through Charles Feltman's program, and I bring 15 years of experience in people engagement, facilitation, and organizational development to every session I lead.

My facilitation style is warm, direct, and grounded in tools your team can actually use. I believe kindness in business isn't softness — it's strategy. And the organizations that invest in learning to trust one another are the ones who show up when it matters most.
